This page explains what AuditBolt collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, email hello@auditbolt.app or call (704) 750-2113.
What we collect on this website
This website has no ads, no tracking scripts and no analytics cookies. The only information we collect here is what you type into the free trial form:
- your name and work email,
- your agency's name, and
- if you choose to give them, your agency's website and roughly how many clients you work with.
We use it to review your request, send your invite, set up your account and, while prices are being set, to ask you about pricing. We don't sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
What we collect in the app
If you use the AuditBolt app, we also keep:
- your account email, and a cookie that keeps you signed in,
- your agency's branding (name, logo, color, phone, email, website and booking link),
- the websites you audit and the audit results, including a screenshot of each homepage, and
- the reports you create, which anyone with the share link can open.
Audits only look at public websites, the way a search engine does. We store the result of each check, not copies of the pages.
Who helps us run AuditBolt
A few companies host and run parts of the service for us. They only handle your information to provide that service:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and the app.
- Supabase stores the database, accounts and files.
- Google Cloud runs the audits, and Google's PageSpeed Insights measures site speed.
- Resend and Telegram deliver internal notices to us, for example when a trial request arrives.
How long we keep it
We keep trial requests and accounts while they are active or under review. Ask us and we'll delete your information, usually within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@auditbolt.app. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.
Changes
If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your information, we'll tell trial users and customers by email first.
